International Shipping
- Regular Insured Shipping: We ship to select international destinations via a reliable and insured postal service. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.

Warranty and Product Defects

- Warranty Coverage: This applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
Product Damage
Our products are designed to be aerodynamic and lightweight, optimized for performance. While they are built to withstand regular riding conditions, please note the following:
- Non-Structural Parts: These parts are not structural and may not withstand impacts such as a dropped bike or collision with other objects.
- Damage from Use: Impacts or other accidents are not covered under warranty.

Fulfilment & Lead Times
Lead Times Policy
At Flow Division, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, performance-optimised products. As the majority of our items are made upon order, we ask for your understanding regarding production and shipping timelines.
Standard Lead Times
- Most orders are shipped within 5 working days of purchase.
- During periods of high demand, lead times may extend to 10 working days. We strive to keep delays to a minimum and will notify you if your order is affected.
Custom Orders
- For custom or personalised items, lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the request. We will provide an estimated production time upon order confirmation.
Shipping and Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
